Ο στόχος του εγχειρήματος είναι μέσω των προπονήσεων σε πολεμικά αθλήματα όπως: Πυγμαχία, ΜΜΑ, TaekWonDo, Kick Boxing, Cross Training, MUAI THAI, να βελτιωθούν και να αναπτυχθούν όλες εκείνες οι τεχνικοτακτικές συνιστώσες που θα οδηγήσουν τον αθλητή στη μεγιστοποίηση της απόδοσής του.
